Outdoor Quote Follow-Up operates as an automated quote follow-up service for contractors who send estimates by email.
We process quote and follow-up information needed to operate the service, including sender and recipient email addresses, subject lines, message bodies, quote-thread metadata, reply status, and attachment metadata.
We use this information to operate automated quote follow-up, send contractor previews, send quote-specific customer-facing follow-ups when appropriate, stop sequences when replies are visible or when a recipient asks us to stop, send weekly quote summaries, and manage billing after the free quote limit.
We do not sell personal information. We do not store payment details; Stripe processes payments for us. We do not require contractors to connect Gmail, install software, create a dashboard account, or submit setup forms. Customer-facing follow-ups stay limited to the specific quote or estimate and should not include unrelated marketing for Outdoor Quote Follow-Up.
Homeowners or customers can reply stop, remove, wrong person, or similar language to stop follow-up on that quote. Contractors can cancel, snooze, edit, send now, or mark a quote replied, won, or lost from the preview email.
Questions or removal requests: use the Contact section on the Outdoor Quote Follow-Up website, or reply to any Outdoor Quote Follow-Up email you have already received.
