Outdoor Quote Follow-Up is a quote follow-up service for contractors who send estimates by email.
When a contractor adds Outdoor Quote Follow-Up to the CC field on a quote email, the contractor authorizes Outdoor Quote Follow-Up to track that quote and send related follow-up previews and customer-facing follow-ups as described on the site.
Contractors receive a private preview before a homeowner-facing follow-up is scheduled to send. If the contractor does nothing, the follow-up sends on schedule. From the preview, the contractor can cancel, snooze, request an edit, send now, or mark the quote replied, won, or lost.
Customer-facing follow-ups are intended to relate only to the specific quote or estimate the contractor sent. We do not send from the contractor's own domain unless separately authorized in a future version. If a customer replies stop, remove, wrong person, or similar language, the quote-specific follow-up sequence should be stopped.
The first 3 live quote follow-up threads are included. After the third live quote follow-up is sent, additional quote follow-up pauses unless the contractor chooses to continue. We’ll send a Stripe payment link automatically so the contractor can keep using Outdoor Quote Follow-Up. Stripe processes payment information for us; we do not store payment details.
We cannot guarantee perfect email threading across every email client. We cannot know about homeowner replies sent only to the contractor unless the contractor tells us. We do not send from the contractor's own domain unless separately authorized in a future version.
